The Gothsicles

The Gothsicles is (are?) this guy, darkNES. He alternates residency between Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin and sometimes pretends to be from Chicago (Illinois). The music of The Gothsicles is something to which you can listen. The listening experience will be enhanced if the listener has a working knowledge of video games and/or gothic (sometimes called "industrial dance") music. These skills, however, are not required for listening enjoyment to occur. On stage, The Gothsicles are comprised of darkNES (see above), keyboardist ":EYG:", who is also a disc jockey in the Madison area, and occasionally "Sega Lugosi", who is also in a band called Caustic and who is also a disc jockey in the Madison area. Music recordings, compilation appearances and several live performances have been attributed to The Gothsicles since like May of 2002, but 2006's, "NESferatu", is where the motherfucking party is. Produced by Dan "Turbo Gothic 16" Clark of the Dark Clan, Null Device, Stromkern, etc, this collection of tracks represents various nouns and adjectives, as well as represents.
